Service Description

A 20 working days interior design package for your upcoming project. Design only. Costs of building works, labour, materials and furniture are not included. 1. Site Visit & Brief A site visit and survey where we will take detailed measurements of your site and discuss your brief. Booked separately at £60. Should you decide to go ahead with the project, we will deduct the £60 consultation fee from the price of this package. 2. Floor Plan, Electricals & Lighting Plan - 4 days A detailed floor plan, electrical and lighting plan for your new space. Plumbing plans are not included in this package. 3. Colour Scheme & Materials - 4 days Designing the colour scheme and choosing the materials that will be used across the interior. These will include: Paint colours, wood tones, wall details, flooring, fittings & fixtures, fabrics and metallic accents. 4. Walls, Ceilings & Flooring Options Our essential package includes the design choices below: Walls: Painted, panelled, cladded, or decorated with wallpaper. Ceilings: Painted, panelled, cladded, or decorated with wallpaper. Flooring: Simple design with up to 2 combinations of floorings. 5. Furniture & Lighting Fixtures - 3 days Choosing the furniture for your space. Our simple package includes the choice of tables, booths and chairs from existing supplier product lines. Furniture customisation options available. 6. Bespoke Counter Design - 3 days A decorative fascia design of the serving counter with simple inner shelves. Construction materials and worktop to be chosen depending on the client’s budget. 7. 3D Model, Visualisation & Approval - 3 days A 3D model of the full design concept for your approval. 8. Shop Front & Interior Signage - 3 days Designing your main sign, a projection sign, window graphics and up to 5 interior signs. Design and materials to tie in with your interior design concept. 9. Handing Off Documents Handing off the design and planning documents to you so you can organise the sourcing and build of your project. Work progress will be sent to you by e-mail via PDF documents, between the hours of 9am and 5pm during your booked days. Upon booking this service we will schedule a phone call. Please provide us with your e-mail and phone number along with a detailed brief of your project. This is a 20 working days package and does not promise to complete the brief in 20 working days. Additional days may be required to be booked to complete more complex requirements.
