FURNITURE SOURCING

As we are hired by yourself to purchase the products on your behalf, all delivery lead times depend on our suppliers dispatching times.
Delivery charges and lead times will vary depending on the size and nature of each item and if you are ordering several products from different brands.
Once you have hired us to place your order, our team can assist you with canceling any items and will organise any returns or exchanges on your behalf, should our suppliers agree to return or exchange your products.
Some suppliers may not accept returns or refund delivery charges or cover any return courier fees.
By hiring us to purchase your products, you agree not to hold us responsible for any charges incurred to return any items. Should our suppliers refuse to return, credit or exchange any items, you agree that all orders placed with us are final and will not be refunded. If your return request is granted by our supplier, we will credit the funds back to your account.

CREATIVE BOOKABLE SERVICES

Creative bookable services booked through our Online Bookings platform at www.leajoe.com/book-online can be cancelled up and refunded up to 24 hours of the start date. Once your booked service has started, we cannot cancel or refund your booking.
