Service Description

A 60 working days bespoke interior design package for your upcoming project. Costs of building works, labour, materials and furniture are not included. 1. Site Visit & Brief A site visit and survey where we will take detailed measurements of your site and discuss your brief. Booked separately at £60. Should you decide to go ahead with the project, we will deduct the £60 consultation fee from the price of this package. 2. Floor Plan, Electricals, Lighting & Plumbing Plan A detailed floor plan, electrical plan, lighting plan & plumbing plan for your new space. 3. Colour Scheme & Materials Designing the colour scheme and choosing the materials that will be used across the interior. These will include: Paints, wood tones, wall details, flooring, fittings & fixtures, fabrics and metallic accents. 4. Walls, Ceilings & Flooring Walls: Bespoke creative design including painted, panelled, cladded, or wallpapered. Ceilings: Bespoke creative design with intricate detailing and accents including painted, panelled, cladded, or wallpapered. Flooring: Bespoke flooring design with metallic detailing, borders and bespoke accents. 5. Furniture & Lighting Fixtures Bespoke furniture and seating design with custom woods, fabrics and metallic accents. Includes the choice of tables and chairs from existing supplier product lines. 6. Bespoke Counter Design A decorative serving counter fascia design with specialised stainless steel storage solutions and built in appliances. Construction materials to be chosen depending on the client’s budget. 7. 3D Model, Visualisation & Approval A 3D model of the full design concept for your approval. 8. Shop Front & Interior Signage Designing your main sign, a projection sign, window graphics and up to 15 interior signs. Design and materials to tie in with your interior design concept. 9. Project Management Organising materials and trades on your behalf and managing contractors to complete the build of your project. Work progress will be sent to you by e-mail via PDF documents, between the hours of 9am and 5pm during your booked days. Upon booking this service we will schedule a phone call. Please provide us with your e-mail and phone number along with a detailed brief of your project. This is a 60 working days package and does not promise to complete the brief in 60 working days. Additional days may be required to be booked to complete more complex requirements.
